Prepare the oven
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and line a loaf pan with baking parchment.

Mash the bananas
Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth with only a few small lumps remaining.

Mix the wet ingredients
Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the mashed bananas.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
