Liora Vance is the founder and head recipe developer at Celestial Confections. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Paris with a Grand Diplôme in pastry and cuisine, she spent six years working in Michelin-starred kitchens across France and Italy before turning her attention to making restaurant-quality pastry accessible to home bakers. Her recipes have been featured in Bon Appétit, Saveur, and the BBC Good Food collections. Liora lives in Provence where she tests every recipe in a home kitchen with a single domestic oven — the same setup most of her readers use.
